The Journey Begins…Again!

To start, ELI NATHANAEL, was a successful blog four or five years ago. I was currently in high school when I first decided to start a blog. At the time, I didn’t fully understand what a blog was all about until I searched online. I saw many different blogs and instantly realized that I wanted one too. I came across WordPress and did a little research. I didn’t do much as I was young and naive, and was very immature. Once I established my self-titled blog, I didn’t even know what to write about.

Color Blind or Color Brave?

In “Mellody Hobson: Color Blind or Color Brave,” she talks about the racial divide in America, and how many are uncomfortable and dismissive of the situation. During her Tedtalk, Mellody shared a story of how she was discriminated against and mistaken for the kitchen help. I found that most memorable because it has happened to many people of color, not just black.
